Gnosis by Lesaffre Products Portfolio include:

Quatrefolic®, the InnovACTIVE Folate, is the glucosamine salt of the 5-methyltetrahydrofolate (5-MTHF), the metabolic active form of folate.

VitaMK7® is the optimal vitamin K2 as MK7: a naturally derived, pure, stable all-trans, soy- and solvent-free vitamin K2 in the form of menaquinone-7 (MK7)

Mythocondro® is the first Non-Animal Chondroitin Sulfate produced by a patented fermentation-based manufacturing process. Novel Food EU approved.

Adonat® is the commercially stable form of S-Adenosyl-L-methionine (SAMe), a natural molecule recognized as the most active methyl donor produced in the human body, essential to sustain the normal function of the one carbon metabolism pathway.

Emothion® is the crystalline form of S-Acetyl Glutathione, the cutting-edge alternative developed to overcome the poor effectiveness of GSH supplementation, due to its poor absorption and its hydrolytic degradation in the body.

Biootic® is a probiotic yeast (Saccharomyces boulardii) acting as a temporary flora to protect the intestinal tract and good germs in the intestine.

Stable salts of S-Adenosylmethionine and process for the preparation thereof
The present invention refers to new salts of S-adenosylmethionine (SAMe) with improved stability and containing at least 70% by weight of SAMe.
Patent Number: US 8,258,115 | Patent Date: 09/04/2012
Process for the preparation of pharmaceutically acceptable salts of (SS-RS)-S-Adenosyl-L-Methionine
The present invention relates to a process for the preparation of pharmaceutically acceptable salts of (R,S)-S-Adenosyl-L-Methionine and allows to obtain the salified ( R)-(+)-S-Adenosyl-L-Methionine diasteroisomer in amounts lower than or equal to 3% with respect to the salified (S)-(+)-S-Adenosyl-L-Methionine diasteroisomer; the salts that can be obtained by the process of the invention keep their configuration stable in time.
Patent Number: US 6,958,233 | Patent Date: 10/25/2005
Process for the preparation of tablets comprising S-Adenosyl-L-Methionine
The present invention provides a process for the preparation of tablets comprising S-Adenosylmethionine and/or a pharmaceutically and/or dietarily acceptable derivative thereof by blending that active component with specified additives, compressing the blend, followed by coating.
Patent Number: US 7,087,587 | Patent Date: 08/08/2006
A process for the preparation of Vitamin K2
A process for the preparation of vitamin K2 (MK-7) comprising the culture of Bacillus subtilis mutant strain GN13/72DSM 17766 deposited on Dec. 5, 2005 at the DSMZ.
Patent Number: US 7,718,407 | Patent Date: 02/22/2010
Folates, compositions and uses thereof
The present invention relates to folates, compositions and uses thereof; In particular, this invention describes a crystalline or amorphous compound which is a substituted or unsubstituted folate or a reduced folate, or the natural or unnatural isomers thereof, of at least one organic base, as well as compositions and uses thereof. The compounds of the invention show a long lasting stability as well as a peculiarly high watr-solubility.
Patent Number: US 7,947,662 | Patent Date: 05/24/2011
Process for producing glutathione
There is disclosed a fermentation process for producing glutathione which comprises (a) the obtainment of a biomass pre-culture by pre-cultivating, in aerobic conditions, a strain of a glutathione producing yeast where in the glutathione content per biomass unit is higher than 1.2% w/w; (b) the cultivation, in aerobic conditions, of the resulting biomass pre-culture such that the resulting biomass density is higher than 50 g/l; (c) the activation of the cultured biomass; and (d) the recovery of the cultured biomass, extracting glutathione at a pH equal to or lower than 6 and purifying the resulting glutathione. The process allows to obtain glutathione with high yields and relatively low costs.
