All products and services listed on Connect should adhere to the Compliance standards set out for all SupplySide related content. You can review the compliance guidelines here. Exhibitors are responsible for ensuring that product descriptions do not include unacceptable disease claims. If a listing is found to have an acceptable claim, your listing will be archived and an email will be sent to notifying you that non-compliant claims must be removed or brought into compliance before your listing is re-instated.

  • What is SupplySide Connect?

SupplySide Connect is a new platform brought to you by Informa Global Exhibitions, the organizers of over 200 Exhibitions globally, including SupplySide East and SupplySide West. It is a supplier, manufacturer and product database providing you with detailed product and services information 365 days of the year. This digital platform serves as a tool to more effectively plan your tradeshow experience at SupplySide East and West, as well as connect with the people and products you need year-round.

  • What is a Favourite List?

The favourite list is a collection of exhibitors and products that you have shown an interest in and would potentially like to visit at any of the upcoming Informa Global Exhibitions. 
When you see an exhibitor or product on SupplySide Connect that you are interested in, press the 'Add to Favourite List' button. You can view your favourite list by going to ‘My Account’ and selecting ‘My Favourite List’. From here you can filter your list, download it as a PDF, print it and bring it with you to the show.

  • How do I register for SupplySide Connect?

You will immediately receive an email with a temporary password which you can update when you first login to SupplySide Connect.

  • How can SupplySide Connect benefit me after I have attended an exhibition?

As well as allowing you to view which companies are exhibiting at our shows, the platform also offers access to company and product information 365 days of the year, providing you with a wealth of information in-between exhibitions, whenever and wherever you need it.

Reconnect with the exhibitor after the show, download catalogues, and stay up-to-date with the latest technology all year.

  • How often should I visit SupplySide Connect?

Exhibitors are constantly uploading new products, so you’ll find new products, data sheets and information even if you visit SupplySide Connect daily! Regular emails are sent to SupplySide Connect registered visitors offer a sneak peek at what’s new and what’s trending on the site.

  • Who can I contact if I have any questions?

As an exhibitor at Supplyside East or Supplyside West, you will automatically get a Basic Package free of charge. Company-level data including exhibiting name, booth number, address, website, and business categories will be imported directly from Buyers Guide into your Supplyside Connect Listing.

As an Exhibitor you can add product information to your listing by logging in to your designated administrator account. If you need access to your admin account, contact [email protected] to request the associated username & password.

You can also upgrade your profile to become a Featured Exhibitor or a Category Sponsor for maximum exposure. Please contact us to learn more about upgrade opportunities.

Any inquires submitted about your company or products will be sent directly to the email designated as your main tradeshow contact. If you would like to have additional contacts listed to receive leads, go to your company listing and select, “EDIT”. Under “LEADS WORKFLOW” you can add up to 5 email addresses where leads will be sent.  With a Premium Package, you can gain access to your Supplyside Connect Exhibitor Dashboard which stores a list of all sales requests. The exhibitor dashboard also provides access to tons of other valuable data like which of your products is getting the most views, how many people have added you to their ‘Favorite List’ and other general analytics.
