Business Intelligence Division The Business Intelligence Division provides specialist data-driven intelligence and insight to businesses, enabling them to make better decisions faster and gain competitive advantage. The Division provides intelligence to specialist communities in six major vertical markets: Agribusiness, Finance, Industry & Infrastructure, Pharmaceuticals, Telecoms, Media & Technology and Transportation. It has over 100 digital subscription products including leading brands such as Lloyd’s List, Citeline, Scrip and Ovum. Products are largely subscription based - subscriptions account for nearly 90% of the Division's revenue - and the majority are delivered digitally. We also make one-off data sales, conduct bespoke consulting projects and operate the Informa Engage marketing services business from Business Intelligence. The Division has major hubs in London and several US cities, and derives more than half of its revenue from North America.
