Calcium Lactate From the fermentation of lactic acid and calcium we have prepared calcium lactate. It is white to cream in colored present in crystalline powder and granules form which is not widely but also commonly used as food preservative and improvers. Also, regulate acidity levels, in cheese making, as baking soda, as a food thickener and as a preservative for fresh fruits. Also, calcium is necessary for many normal functions of your body, especially bone formation and maintenance.
