Our Research and Development team has tested flavor and color combinations in confectionery applications since our founding in 1985. We are continuously adding to our spectrum of heat-stable, naturally sweetened, sugar-free and organic flavors.
GCI offers oil-soluble flavors for chocolates and water-soluble flavors for gummies, caramels, nougats and more. Other confectionery applications we flavor and color include jellies, chews, hard candies, chewing gum, licorices, coatings and various liquid candies. Our powdered flavors also work great for dry applications such as mints, toppings and powdered candies.
