FARA® Functional Systems
Faravelli is traditionally and globally known as high-professional distributor of raw materials. However, in the last few years our activity has enlarged and expanded also to the production of a complete range of Functional Systems for the food industry, developed by our Application Development Lab.
Based on stabilizers and emulsifiers, FARA® Functional Systems are conceived to meet customers specific requirements in terms of texture and stability. They apply to wide range of foods, such as cheese, yoghurt, ice-cream, desserts, jam, fruit based preparations, confectionary, dressing, drinks, meat and sauces.
In the developing stage, a lab-scale pilot plant for the production of small quantities guarantees a steady progress, step by step. Once ready developed, a modern production plant conforming to international Quality, Hygiene and Safety standards ensures state-of-the-art production.
The products can be packed in standard bags (15-25 kilo) and sachets (1 kilo plus). Packaging solutions can however be adapted to individual needs.
