High Protein Chocolate Chip Cookies High Protein Chocolate Chip Cookies Combine flour, baking powder, and Beretein™ Brewers' Grain Protein powder in a bowl and whisk together until well combined. In a separate bowl, whisk together the melted coconut oil and egg whites until small bubbles form (about 15-30 seconds). Whisk in the vanilla extract and milk. Stir in the brown sugar and break up any lumps. Add the flour and Beretein™ mixture to the wet ingredients and mix until combined. Fold in the chocolate chips. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and chill for 30 minutes. Preheat conventional oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
