High Protein Crackers Ready-to-MIX Chocolate Protein POWDER Mix flour, Beretein™ protein powder and baking powder in a large bowl until well combined Work in cold butter with a fork until the mixture resembles wet sand Add room temperature water, stir with wooden spoon until dough becomes cohesive Turn the dough out of the bowl onto a clean surface, and knead until it becomes smooth, amount 1 minute. Divide the dough in half, shape each into a rectangle and wrap them in plastic.
