Rye Grass
Rye Grass was the original cereal grass studied by Dr. Charles Schnabel for his research that began in 1929 and lasted up into the 1950s. Dozens of studies followed that were published in medical journals. Cereal Grass was accepted as a Food by the AMA in 1939. Pines still uses one of Schnabel's laboratories and many of the same fields he used. Pines has followed Schnabel's standards since the company began in 1976.
