What are Stearates?
There are two types of stearates Brenntag offers, Magnesium Stearates and Calcium Stearates. Magnesium stearates can be used as an anti-caking agent in food applications. Calcium stearate can be used as a dietary supplement and offers emulsification properties in food applications as well.
