Whole White Wheat
Whole white wheat “berries” result from a thorough cleaning of pre-selected white wheat varieties. The hull and outer shell are removed, leaving the entire edible part—the germ, bran and endosperm—of the wheat kernel. They can be added to breads and are used in cereals and grain mixes when a sweet, nutty flavor is desired.
